What restaurants are on Pounce?
Pastiamo Pasta Bar and Cafe at the Princeton Shopping Center is our first participating restaurant. Chef Francesca has some amazing focaccia and pastries to offer.

Pounce is inspired by Princeton Free Food, an app I built that helps Princeton University students, staff, and faculty reduce food waste on campus by getting notifications about leftovers after catered events.
I'm building Pounce because I think there's a wider potential to reduce food waste in our community.
Plus, I want to make it easier to discover great food nearby.
